Burris BTH 35 V2 is a professional thermal imaging monocular, which is a structural extension of the valued BTH 35 model. The V2 version is characterized by, among other things, the use of a completely new infrared sensor, as well as modified optics and power supply system. Thanks to the changes introduced, the BTH 35 V2 model is currently one of the best observation devices of this type available on the civilian market.
The Burris BTH 35 V2 thermal imager is equipped with an improved optical system with a lens with a focal length of 35 mm and aperture f/1.0. A low-noise VOx sensor with a resolution of 400 x 300 px and a single pixel diameter of 12 µm is responsible for signal processing. The image is displayed on an OLED screen with a resolution of 1024 x 768 px with the ability to adjust the brightness and contrast levels, as well as support for the picture-in-picture (PIP) function.
A wide range of personalization and adaptation of the device to the current needs and preferences of the user is possible by selecting one of five image color palettes, as well as the preferred reticle pattern. The monocular is equipped with a WiFi wireless communication module, thanks to which it can cooperate with mobile devices via the BurrisConnect application.
