The Lacerta Octo-Plus 2" focuser OctoPlus is a heavily modified successor to the Octo60mic model. Larger bearings, improved base mount - even more stable! High preload makes focusing the image soft, as if damped with oil. This effectively prevents the sliding sleeve from slipping, offering a completely new feeling when adjusting the focus!

The Lacerta OctoPlus focuser was created to meet the market need for an inexpensive, high-load, and high-rigidity focuser. Most new Newtonian telescopes have focusers that are not suitable for photography. The result is a completely new, durable focuser that does not bend even under a load of several kilograms.
