Svbony UHC EOS-C is a professional broadband filter designed for photographing emission nebulae near large cities and other areas with high light pollution.
This filter combines the ability to almost completely eliminate the unwanted component from sodium and mercury lamps with high transmittance for the most important spectral lines from the astrophotography point of view, such as Hα, Hβ, NII, SII and OIII. The spectral characteristics of the Svbony UHC EOS-C filter have been selected in such a way as to effectively increase the contrast of observed nebulae.
The filter can be used with Canon EOS system cameras (APS-C size) • high transmission broadband filter for the most important spectral lines such as Hα, Hβ, NII, SII and OIII • excellent background darkening improving the contrast of nebula objects • effective cutting of light pollution • filter type: broadband filter, UHC • Filter diameter: 2" • substrate material: optical glass • filter thickness: 1.85 mm • transmitted bands: Hα (656.3 nm), Hβ (486.1), OIII (495.9 nm), OIII (500.7 nm), SII (672 nm), NII (654 nm, 658 nm) • maximum transmission: >90% • blocked bands: mercury lamps (435.8 nm, 546.1 nm, 577 nm, 578.1 nm), sodium lamps (598 nm, 589.6 nm, 615.4 nm, 616.1 nm) • frame material: aluminum • compatible photographic system: Canon EOS with APS-C sensor size • Svbony UHC EOS-C filter 12 months
