This large adapter is designed for owners of full frame cameras (e.g. Canon 5D or 6D) as they can utilize the larger lighting area produced by larger optical tubes (Schmidt-Cassegrain or EdgeHD 9.25", 11" or 14").
The adapter has an extended optical length of 38mm. It provides proper back-focus for DSLR cameras for Schmidt-Cassegrain and EdgeHD optical tubes in combination with Off-Axis Guider without the need for additional adapters or spacers.
The adapter is made of black anodized aluminum using CNC technology. The interior is sandblasted to prevent reflections and provide the highest contrast. The adapter has a comfortable knurled surface.
