Baader Diamond Steeltrack BDS-NT 2 "is an accessory Crayford eyepiece extractor dedicated to cooperation with Newtonian telescopes. This lift was designed for the most demanding users looking for a durable and precise focuser for use in astrophotography and visual observations.

This extract is distinguished from its competitors by its uncompromising approach to the selection of materials. The focuser mechanism is made of high-quality stainless steel, and a diamond layer has been applied to the friction surface, creating an extremely precise micro-gear, which, combined with a carefully designed bearing system, guarantees smooth adjustment and perfect alignment even with a load of 6 kg.

Due to the large internal diameter, the hood can be used with full-frame cameras without the risk of vignetting. An additional advantage is the presence of baffles to prevent internal light reflections.
