The Meade Wilderness 15-45x65 is an easy-to-use general-purpose observation telescope. Thanks to the eyepiece set at an angle of 45 °, this equipment is characterized by excellent ergonomics, facilitating the observation of objects located high above the horizon, which will be appreciated by, among others, users using the telescope for astronomical observations.
The optical system of this telescope is made of the highest quality types of optical glass covered with a multi-layer anti-reflective coating, which, combined with a BaK-4 glass prism, makes the image extremely sharp, and its colors are ± vivid and contrasting. The large front element with 65 mm aperture means that this instrument collects a lot of light, thanks to which the telescope fulfills its task even in the most unfavorable lighting conditions.
The body of the telescope is covered with a layer of rubber ensuring a firm grip. The whole structure has been additionally sealed and filled with dry nitrogen, thus eliminating the risk of water vapor condensation in the event of a sudden change in ambient temperature.
