The Orion Side-by-Side Dovetail adapter is the easiest way to stably mount two optical tubes equipped with narrow Vixen feet with an equatorial mount with a mounting socket in the same standard.
The use of the adapter allows you to extend the observation possibilities through the simultaneous use of two optical tubes that differ in the width of the field of view. Another example of the use of the adapter is astrophotography, where this product can be used to mount the guider next to the optical tube, instead of the classic piggyback mounting method.
