Fenix LD15R is a compact angle flashlight with a stream of 500 lumens, two light colors, USB charging option and a very useful function in the form of a battery charge level indicator. ARB-L16-700 battery included.
The structure of the Fenix LD15R refers to the angle flashlights used in the US Army for almost 70 years. The compact body, only 70 mm long, is made of lightweight and durable aviation aluminum subjected to the HA-III hard anodizing process. The fins on the head and the tube act as a heat sink, responsible for carrying away the excess heat generated during the flashlight operation. The angular flashlight formula is a proven and very practical solution, useful both in tourism and in everyday use. The steel clip allows you to attach the flashlight to equipment or clothing in two ways (up / down). To meet the needs of customers, the Fenix LD15R model has a strong magnet (in the cap) that allows you to quickly attach the flashlight to a steel surface. These two simple forms of attachment keep the user's hands free so that we can concentrate on the activity at hand.
The source of the light of the Fenix LD15R angle flashlight are two emitters, a white Cree XP-G3 LED and a red Everlight. Depending on the needs, we can use a stream of white light with a maximum brightness of 1800 candelas and a range of 85 m, or a discrete, glare-free red light with a stream of 4 lumens. The light intensity is of course adjustable, the user has 4 levels of white light brightness (Low → Med → High → Turbo) and 3 red light modes (constant red light → signal red light → SOS).
Only one button is used to turn on / off the flashlight and to change the modes, as a result, the User can enjoy a very simple and intuitive interface. The flashlight remembers the last selected mode and the next time it is turned on, it automatically activates this brightness level.
The Fenix LD15R angle flashlight is powered by the 16340 ARB-L16-700 battery (included), which provides up to 80 minutes of turbo 500 lumen operation. A great convenience and practical solution is the function of charging the battery without removing it from the flashlight. On the board of the Fenix LD15R flashlight, there is a chip and a micro USB port, allowing the battery to be charged, for example, via a power bank. A rubber stopper protects the socket against moisture, dust and water. The flashlight also has a battery level indicator. The diode located under the rubber of the switch communicates in a simple and clear way about the state of energy, which allows for more efficient management of the energy reserve. • steady green light: 100-85%
