OCAL-PRO electronic collimator (OCAL / Artesky, SKU: OCAL-PRO) is a camera-based collimator for checking the alignment of telescope optical components. The image in the OCAL software and adjustable reference circles help assess mirror and focuser positions during collimation. The PRO version works with a Windows computer or a compatible Android device via USB OTG.
For SC and RC telescopes, interpretation of the image depends on the optical design. The collimator assists adjustment, but final alignment should be checked on a star image following the telescope instructions.
