PHENIX biological laboratory microscopes BMC100 series are designed as modern, optically perfect, equipped with a number of useful functions, characterized by an ergonomic design, devices for demanding users. They include, among others: intelligent LCD display, ACT light color temperature control, intelligent ECO sensor.
The optical system of the microscope is based on infinity corrected semi-planachromatic lenses with excellent optical properties ensuring high quality images with a flat field. The microscope head provides the possibility of adjusting the pupil spacing in the range from 55 mm to 75 mm. An additional third optical path equipped with a 0.5x lens terminated with a C-mount thread allows the connection of image recording devices and parallel observation.
Bright LED lighting with adjustable light intensity and color allows you to adjust the lighting depending on the preparation and the use of various observation techniques.
The reflected light LED illuminator placed on the gooseneck arm increases the possibilities of observing the samples. The electric system of the microscope can be powered either from the mains voltage or through a battery located in the base, which ensures greater functionality for use.
The instrument is also equipped with a condenser with a numerical aperture of 1.25 with regulation in both axes, which enables even illumination of the specimen. A scaled aperture diaphragm allows you to choose the right aperture depending on the lens used. Coaxial micro and macro focusing knobs allow you to precisely adjust the sharpness of the image of the viewed objects. Large coaxial knobs of the two-layer cross stage allow for comfortable positioning of the specimen in the field of view. A solid, metal tripod with a carrying handle ensures a stable position of the microscope.
