The Celestron EdgeHD 925 0.7x is a focal length reducer designed to complement the Celestron EdgeHD 9.25 "optical tube, enabling a field of view greater than 40 percent wider than that of the telescope itself.

The optical system of this reducer is a quadruplet with an air gap and low-dispersion elements made of lanthanum glass. To ensure the highest image quality, the surfaces of the lenses are covered with a full multilayer coating (FMC), and their edges are additionally darkened, which allowed to minimize the risk of internal reflections and significantly improve the contrast.

The outer casing is made of a durable aluminum alloy treated with the CNC method. The set also includes metal plugs to prevent the ingress of dust and dirt during the transport and storage of the reducer.
