The Kowa YF II is a series of excellent binoculars, developed on the basis of nearly fifty years of experience in designing and manufacturing the highest quality optical instruments.

The 8x30 YF-II model is characterized by 8x magnification and lenses with a diameter of 30 mm. The heart of the optical system of these binoculars is a classic Porro prism, which allows to obtain a very good image quality and to maintain a wide range of interpupillary distance adjustment.

To improve contrast and minimize glare, all lenses are fully multi-coated. Moreover, to protect against damage and dirt, the external glass surfaces have been covered with a hydro and lipophobic Kowa Repelling (RP) ™ layer.

The whole is closed in a nitrogen-filled and sealed casing, made of plastic covered with a rubber layer that improves grip. Thanks to this the Kowa 8x30 YF-II binoculars are resistant to both spills and sudden changes in temperature, making them a reliable instrument ready to work in all conditions.
