The Orion Sync Scan V5 controller is intended for telescopes equipped with an azimuthal mount working in the GoTo system. This device stores in its database information about the location of nearly 42 thousand objects in the sky, such as galaxies, nebulae, star clusters and many others. Such a powerful database will allow you to enjoy great views of objects that are sometimes very difficult to find for many nights.

The V5 version is equipped in addition to the traditional RS-232 connector (via RJ12 cable) also with a USB port, thanks to which controlling the telescope by means of a computer is extremely easy. Moreover, the USB connector allows the user to quickly update the controller firmware.

This controller has been designed in such a way that its operation is comfortable and as simple as possible. All information is displayed on a two-line LCD screen, and the controller is controlled by an illuminated keyboard with large, soft keys, so you can easily operate the controller with gloves.
