The set Eka Butcher Set consists of three knives designed for making the game, and sharpener. The set includes knives for:
• undressing
• filleting
• R8S knife for cutting skin without damaging internal organs
The knives are made of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, hardness 57-59 HRC, which, thanks to its parameters, is ideally suited to the needs of hunters. The handles of all models in the Butcher Set are made of Santoprene. This fully hygienic material with a rubber texture prevents the knife from slipping out of the hand and provides the hunter with a secure grip. In the set you will also find a kerchief made of Cordura, allowing you to attach to the belt. Technical data • knife to undress:
