TS 1.25" Binoviewer (TS-Optics Astro Binoviewer, SKU: TSBinoansatz) is a binocular viewer designed for astronomical observations using both eyes simultaneously. Using two eyepieces increases observing comfort and helps reveal fine details on the Moon, planets and bright deep-sky objects. The unit was specifically designed for astronomical telescopes and is not a modified microscope viewer, ensuring proper optical geometry and stable eyepiece alignment.

Large BaK-4 prisms with a clear aperture of 23 mm provide good illumination across the field of view without side vignetting. All air-to-glass surfaces are multi-coated and the interior is carefully blackened to minimize reflections and improve image contrast. Eyepieces are secured in 1.25" holders with compression rings that center them precisely on the optical axis, preventing tilt and eliminating the risk of double images.

The binoviewer features diopter adjustment with micro-focusing via knurled rings, allowing precise focus adjustment for each eye without pulling the eyepieces out of their holders. The short optical path length of approximately 100 mm makes it easier to use the binoviewer with different telescope types, including Newtonian telescopes when used with an appropriate optical path corrector.
