Celestron CPC series telescopes with the revolutionary SkyAlign alignment system combine excellent Schmidt-Cassegrain optics with solid fork-mounted mechanics featuring a GOTO system and built-in GPS. These telescopes allow very easy and quick positioning, effortless object location from a database of 40,000 objects, and once an object is in the telescope’s field of view, the optics enable highly advanced visual observing. When the telescope is equipped with an equatorial wedge, the alt-azimuth fork mount becomes an equatorial (German equatorial) mount, enabling the telescope to be used for advanced astrophotography. Thanks to their focal ratio, SCT telescopes are highly valued by those imaging the Moon, planets, star clusters and planetary nebulae. At the same time, the entire set is very well optimized, ensuring reliability, quiet motor operation, and ease of assembly and transport.
Telescopes with Starbright XLT coatings offer about 16% higher optical efficiency than classic MC coatings, resulting in brighter images and improved resolution.
Altogether, this makes an excellent set for ambitious astronomy enthusiasts and can serve as a primary observing instrument in a school observatory, providing a basis for initiating advanced educational and research projects.
THE OFFERED TELESCOPE ALLOWS YOU TO START OBSERVING ON THE FIRST CLEAR NIGHT - IT INCLUDES ALL ESSENTIAL ACCESSORIES TO FULLY UTILIZE THE TELESCOPE’S CAPABILITIES, IT IS WORTH PURCHASING 2-3 GOOD-QUALITY EYEPIECES

This device concentrates a large amount of light. Looking directly at the Sun through this device may cause partial or complete loss of vision. For solar observation we recommend the safest method of eyepiece projection, i.e., projecting the image of our daytime star’s disk onto a sheet of paper.
