The Digisight N550 digital night vision scope is a perfect device that combines the latest achievements in the field of electronics and optics. Equipped with a powerful 1.0 / 50 mm lens and an eyepiece with an offset of the exit pupil 67 mm, it is an effective and comfortable device to use. The night vision uses a high-sensitivity CCD matrix that works at lighting from 0.00003 to 30,000 lux. The image is transferred to the VGA display with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels in front of the eyepiece. Digisight 550 is equipped with the innovative SumLight technology, allowing the sum of image frames for better visibility in difficult lighting conditions. The eyepiece also shows the operating parameters of the device (operating time, battery status, operating mode).
A feature that has never been seen before is the "one shot zeroing" method, which allows you to set the crosshair with only one shot. Of course, there is also a possibility of traditional reticle adjustment. The reticle is displayed digitally in the eyepiece, so it is possible to quickly change it to any other type, while the night vision goggle is working, you can invert the color of the reticle, you can also define and load your own reticles to the system.
The viewfinder is equipped with an infrared illuminator allowing for use in complete darkness. In addition, on the side of the sight there is a weaver rail that allows you to install an additional infrared illuminator. The kit also includes a control cable that allows you to operate the basic functions of the night vision device without touching the body of the night vision device. There are also analog video sockets on the housing of the new Pulsar. The Video Out port is used to output the analog video signal, eg for recording, and the "video in" port allows you to display an image from an external video source on the eyepiece.
Digisight 550 is daylight resistant, and is resistant to extreme kickback. This sight can be mounted on weapons with the muzzle energy of the projectile up to 6000 J. Power is supplied by 4 AA batteries, it is also possible to power it from an external DC source.
