The Sky Rover Optics 10x50 APO binoculars belong to the Banner Cloud APO series – advanced roof-prism binoculars designed for demanding nature, travel, and astronomical observations. The use of ED glass elements combined with an apochromatic optical design effectively reduces chromatic aberration while providing high image sharpness, accurate color reproduction, and excellent detail.
The optical system uses precision BaK7GT roof prisms with phase and dielectric coatings. All optical surfaces are treated with fully broadband multi-coatings (FBMC), improving light transmission and contrast. Average light transmission reaches approximately 90%, with peak transmission up to 92%, producing bright and contrast-rich images even under low-light conditions.
The Ultra Flat Field optical design improves field curvature correction, maintaining sharpness from the center to the edge of the field. The binoculars provide a wide apparent field of view of approximately 70°. The magnesium alloy body ensures excellent durability while keeping the weight relatively low. Nitrogen filling and sealed construction protect the optics from moisture and internal fogging.
