The Sky Rover Optics 90 mm APO PRO F/6 apochromatic telescope is a compact refractor designed for both visual observation and wide-field astrophotography. The optical system uses an air-spaced triplet apochromatic objective including a Super ED glass element, providing excellent control of chromatic and spherical aberrations even at very high magnifications.
The APO PRO series has been designed with strong emphasis on mechanical stability and optical precision. The mini flange construction improves the stability of the optical axis and focal plane while also simplifying maintenance and adjustment. The upgraded version removes the previous rear rotating mechanism of the tube to increase mechanical axis stability. The improved 2.5" Rack & Pinion focuser integrates a CAA field rotator with an engraved angle scale, allowing precise image framing for astrophotography.
The telescope features new dual tube rings with multiple side mounting holes for accessories. A Vixen standard dovetail plate is included, along with a patented carrying handle compatible with both Vixen and Arca mounting systems. The aluminum tube with a retractable dew shield and internal multi-baffle system helps suppress stray light and maintain high image contrast.
