DayStar Solar Scout 60 mm DS (Double Stack) Solar Telescope Bundle (SKU: SS60DSB) is a dedicated hydrogen-alpha solar telescope designed for observing the Sun in narrowband H-alpha light. The 60 mm aperture optical system uses an integrated etalon design with an effective focal length of 930 mm, allowing observation of chromospheric features such as filaments, surface structures and larger prominences. The DS version provides a narrow “double-stack-like” bandpass achieved through the integrated optical design.
