Baader Solar Projection Screen (BSPS) (Baader Planetarium, SKU: 2420400) is a solar projection screen designed for safe white-light observation of the Sun with refractor telescopes equipped with a diagonal or prism. Instead of looking directly through an eyepiece, the image of the solar disc is projected onto a rear projection surface, making the system well suited for educational use, public outreach and small group observing. The BSPS creates a closed projection setup that reduces the risk of accidental contact with the light path or looking into the eyepiece during operation.
