TS-Optics Doublet SD-Apo 125 mm f/7.8 - FPL53 is a professional refractor that allows you to obtain images comparable to the best apochromatic triplets. Due to its design and optical properties, this telescope will work perfectly both as a basic element of astrophotography sets, as well as in visual observations.

The optics of this refractor consist of two lenses, one of which is made of synthetic fluorite. This material known as FPL-53 is characterized not only by a high Abbe number, but, equally importantly, it is much more chemically stable than natural crystal fluorite. In addition to the careful selection of the lens material, their surfaces are covered with a full multi-layer coating that improves contrast.

The instrument is equipped with a solid rack & pinion extension, which allows for the connection of accessories with an M68x1 thread.

The TS-Optics Doublet SD-Apo 125 mm f/7.8 - FPL53 telescope has a foldable dew shield as an integral part. The telescope is attached to the mount using a Dovetail foot mounted on mounting rings.
