The Clearglass (C) series filters from Baader Planetarium are filters designed to be used both in filter wheels with other filters (narrowband, RGB, etc.) and on their own. In the visible band, they are neutral to transmitted light, and at the same time, thanks to their high quality of workmanship, they do not cause additional reflections and do not introduce any distortions into the image. The purpose of the filters is to improve the parfocality of the system. Clearglass (C) filters allow you to set the exposure of the frame without filtering the light, while maintaining approximately the same focus point as in the case of other filters mounted in the filter wheel.
