Artesky 50.8mm IR-CUT filter

Great filter for planetary imaging with CMOS or CCD cameras

The IR-CUT filter should be placed in front of our camera, so as to obtain more detailed images with greater chromatic precision; it blocks infrared and ultraviolet wavelengths.

The filter has a 50.8mm thread for easy mounting; the optical quality is excellent while the optical surfaces are finely polished on both sides.

It is possible to use this IR CUT filter with CCD or CMOS cameras if they do not have a built-in UV IR CUT filter; using this part of the spectrum you will eliminate all the interference that can be caused by lenses that do not correct correctly.

Increases the contrast of your images; can also be used with the Herschel prism.
