Player One APOLLO-C (SKU: POA-APOLLO-C ) is the color version of the acclaimed Apollo series global shutter camera. It uses a Sony IMX174 COLOR sensor (format 1/1.2″) with a resolution of 1920 × 1200 px and a large 5.86 µm pixel. The global shutter eliminates "rolling" distortion, and the combination of a full well of ≈ 32 ke- with very low readout noise provides a huge dynamic range. Thanks to the USB-C 3.0 interface and a 128 MB DDR-III buffer, the camera records up to 120 fps in full frame RAW 10 - ideal for fast lucky imaging of the Sun, Moon and planets.

With its global shutter and large pixel , Apollo-C is excellent for imaging the solar disk (H-α, Ca-K, WL), lunar surface, and planetary atmospheres at long focal lengths.
