The Askar 160 APO is a high-class apochromatic refractor with an aperture of 160 mm and a focal length of 1120 mm (f/7), designed for astrophotography and visual observations. Equipped with a triplet objective lens with one ED lens, it provides excellent correction of chromatic aberration and high image quality.
The telescope has a 115 mm long extendable rear tube segment, which allows easy adjustment to various equipment configurations, including the use of binoculars or photographic accessories. A solid 3.5" rack & pinion eyepiece with a double speed and a 360° rotator allows precise focusing and image framing.
The set includes mounting rings, a transport handle with the possibility of mounting accessories and a 400 mm long Losmandy mounting plate. The whole is supplied in a durable aluminum case, ensuring safe transport and storage of the equipment.
