The 0.5x reduction module is a varifocal optical system designed for use with Bresser MicroCam SP microscope cameras and other cameras with similar properties. It allows you to change the field of view of the camera as a result of increasing or decreasing the magnification of the image. The design of the module's optical system enables a smooth change of the magnification rate in the range from 1x to 0.5x. In addition, the brightness of the images is increased as a result of the shortened exposure time.
The module has a 1 "C-mount thread on the camera side and is compatible with microscopes with a diameter of 23.2 mm tubes. Installed in the microscope's photographic port, it will allow you to set a magnification comparable to the magnification of each eyepiece. • smooth change of the magnification rate in the range from 1.0x to 0.5x
