The Levenhuk DTX RC4 Microscope is an easy-to-use optical instrument, ideal for biological or geological observations, as well as for quality control and assessment of the condition of small components and electronic systems. It will be perfect both in a school laboratory and in a professional electronic service.

This microscope is distinguished from its competitors by its incredible image quality, which is due to the use of lenses made of carefully selected types of optical glass and an excellent image recording system based on a CMOS sensor with a resolution of 4 million pixels. The image obtained in this way is displayed on a large LCD monitor with a diagonal of 7 inches, from which the signal can be sent to an external monitor via an HDMI cable.

Levenhuk DTX RC4 allows you not only to conduct real-time observations, but also to take pictures and record videos in UHD quality. The saved materials are stored on a separately available memory card, thanks to which you can quickly copy them to a computer or mobile device.

The set with the microscope also includes a wireless remote control, thanks to which it is possible to remotely control the device during presentations or didactic classes.

The most important features of the Levenhuk DTX RC4 microscope

• large, color LCD screen with a diagonal of 7"
• magnification 5 - 270x ideal for inspection of small elements with a complex structure
• the ability to display the image on the computer screen via the HDMI connector

EXPERT OPINION

Levenhuk DTX RC4 Microscope is a well-designed microscope combined with a large LCD screen, dual gooseneck LED lighting, combining high-end optics with digitization. Levenhuk DTX RC4 is intuitive to use and some necessary functions are available on the LCD display. The multifunctional remote control perfectly complements the operation of the discussed microscope - remote control of the device - convenience during presentations and group examinations, changing the lighting intensity, adjusting the digital zoom, choosing the resolution of photos and videos, taking photos and recording videos, changing the color of objects (and many other features). The microscope comes with a short instruction manual in Polish.

The microscope is permanently combined with a movable LCD screen, which makes it difficult to conduct observations "by hand". The obtained optical magnifications (from 5 to 40 times) are intuitive, because the microscope does not specify the magnification value. It will work well with well-contrasted biological objects or when working with electronic printed circuit boards and their colorful elements. An important technical solution of the microscope is to lead the lighting from the head of the microscope (previous DTX versions - lighting in the form of circumferentially located diodes often reflecting in the object) to two point sources of LED lighting in flexible holders, with the ability to adjust the brightness and precisely direct the light on the object (all DTX RC series).

I recommend this microscope to teachers, lovers of natural, geological and engineering sciences, in particular for people who are beginners and/or advanced observers of details of animate and inanimate nature, geological samples or electronic systems . It is an advanced microscope with amazing image quality and a wide range of focusing adjustments for users who need observational documentation right away, presenting observations to a wider audience on a large screen or recording movies in high resolution Full and Ultra HD!
