Bresser Science ADL-601F is a professional fluorescence microscope consisting of an ADL-601P microscope extended with a fluorescence module. The microscope uses a 20W halogen illuminator assisted by precise regulation of the intensity of lighting.
The photographic turret allows the use of the most modern digital microscope cameras. The microscope head is inclined at an optimal angle of 30 °. In the basic configuration, the microscope allows you to achieve magnifications from 40x - 1000x.
The fluorescent tube contains a high-pressure mercury lamp (100W) with an external power source, a filter wheel and a radiation shield. The mercury lamp produces ultraviolet radiation that induces fluorescence. Therefore, the microscope is equipped with necessary accessories such as: protection filters, beam splitter, emission filter. Optionally, the microscope can be equipped with filters: green, blue, violet and ultraviolet, lenses: 25x, 40x glycerine, 100x glycerine.
Fluorescent microscopy is used in biology, medicine, microchemistry, geology, environmental protection and in many other applications.
The ADL 601F Science microscope is equipped with a four-rotary revolver, an exact cross-table with a scale of ? mm, coaxial coarse and fine focus adjustment (200 ?m / revolution), diopter adjustment, and a photo tower. • head type: binocular • magnification: 40x - 600x fluorescence, 40x - 1000x • DIN WF glasses: 10x - 2 pieces (23 mm) • lenses: PL 4x / PL 10x / PL 40x / FL 40x (gl.) / PL 100x • lighting: HAL, 20W 6V • three eyepiece head • mercury lamp • excitation and barrier filter • cover • cross table • Illuminator of the lower lighting with infinitely variable dimmer • condenser NA 1.25 • filter holder • iris diaphragm aperture • lighting in the Kohler system • coarse and precise focusing system (coaxial) • AC adapter 2 years
