A specialized 20 nm full width half-height (FWHM) methane ( CH4 ) line filter designed for astrophotography of gaseous planets, especially Jupiter and Saturn.
The filter works with infrared-sensitive cameras – both monochrome and color – and allows for clear exposure of structures on the planets' disks while maintaining good light transmission.
Filter size: 1.25".
