Fenix TK30 is a tactical laser flashlight that emits a concentrated beam of light with a range of up to 1,200 meters! Fenix TK30 is an innovative tactical and hunting flashlight in which the white laser wave is transformed into a full-spectrum stream of concentrated light. The advanced optical system creates a focused beam of light with an impressive range of 1200 m, enabling precise illumination of a distant target. Thanks to these properties, the TK30 is perfect as a flashlight for hunters and tactical lighting.

Solid construction

The body of the Fenix TK30 flashlight is made of hardened A6061-T6 aluminum, subjected to the HA-III hard anodizing process. The abrasion-resistant oxide coating permanently protects the tube and head of the flashlight against scratches and abrasion. The flashlight is slim, light (146 g), small in size (158 mm), which allows it to be mounted on a weapon. Thanks to the transverse knurling of the surface and the use of a geometric profile of the head, the flashlight lies stably in the hand and does not roll off sloping surfaces. The TK30 has a detachable steel clip that allows the flashlight to be quickly attached to a belt, equipment or the edge of a pocket.

Laser light

The light source is a laser emitter generating a maximum flux of 500 lumens. The flashlight uses a white laser wave which, after hitting a fluorescent phosphor reflector, is converted by the optical system into broad-spectrum white light. The wave penetrating the three-layer lens creates a concentrated white laser beam similar to the band produced by a diode. White laser lighting maintains high collimation properties. It is also safe to use because the optical system deprives it of harmful effects usually occurring in monochromatic light. Due to the high light density at the central point, which is equivalent to a brightness level of 5000 lumens, staring into the light source will damage your eyesight or if you direct the light into the eyes of others. Prolonged exposure to skin may also cause skin burns.

Modes of operation

The flashlight has 3 light modes: high, low, strobe. The manufacturer deliberately minimized the number of modes to the most frequently used and useful ones, because a simple interface affects the ease and speed of use. This increases the functionality of the flashlight and meets the needs of users who are increasingly looking for lighting with fewer functions. There are two buttons to operate the flashlight, i.e. a rear tactical switch responsible for turning on/off the flashlight and momentary light, and a side switch allowing you to change modes.

Power supply

The flashlight is powered by a 21700 USB cell with a capacity of up to 5000 mAh! The battery used has twice the capacity of a standard 18650 cell, affecting efficiency and long operating time. In the maximum 500 lumen mode, the flashlight works for up to 180 minutes! In this class of laser flashlights, this is an impressive result, proving the refined controller and high-class battery. The battery uses an innovative charging system via the USB-C port. This practical and convenient solution allows you to quickly charge the cell without the need to use an additional charger. All you need is a USB-C cable (included) and a power source, e.g. a power bank, laptop, desktop computer or USB car charger. There are two springs in the battery compartment (at both poles) to keep the cell in the correct position. This makes the flashlight resistant to weapon recoil and falls.

Battery level indicator

Thanks to the battery level indicator (LED in the side switch) and the low voltage warning, we can control the operation of the flashlight and manage the remaining energy supply. After turning on the flashlight, the indicator informs us about the battery status for 3 seconds.

Two switches

TK30 is equipped with two switches: main (rear) and side for changing modes. The tactical button activates momentary light and permanent light. The steel side button is responsible for changing the light brightness and turning on the strobe. Memory mode means that when the flashlight is activated, the last used light mode is automatically selected.

Advanced security

The flashlight uses several security systems, including: reverse polarity protection, low voltage warning and "intelligent protection" against overheating. The high IP68 protection class makes the flashlight resistant to complete immersion in water (30 minutes at a depth of 2 m), dust and dirt, and falls. Fenix TK30 is a professional laser flashlight that combines impressive light parameters, long operating time and functionality, creating a reliable tool for work and hunting. The presented parameters were obtained in laboratory conditions. The Fenix ARB-L21 5000 mAh battery was used during the tests.
