If you are looking for a compact and powerful light source for a variety of applications, the Fenix HM50R V2.0 will be the perfect choice at an affordable price. All thanks to a solid aluminum construction, efficient Cree XP-G3 S4 diode emitting a maximum flux of 700 lumens, easy operation with one side button and the ability to charge the battery via the USB-C port. The tube of the flashlight is made of anodized A6061-T6 aircraft aluminum, which guarantees high resistance to damage and solid construction. Thanks to the transverse knurling of the surface, the flashlight does not slip out of the hand, and its grip is clearly perceptible.
The flashlight measures only 64 mm, weighs about 78 g with the battery, so it can constantly accompany us in our daily activities. The angle of the light beam can be easily adjusted up to 180 ° by turning the body in the polymer clamps. Unlike traditional Fenix HM50R V2.0 headlamps, after unfastening the headlamps it can be used as a traditional angle flashlight. The manufacturer has not forgotten about a functional clip (removable) that allows you to carry the flashlight on a belt, backpack or pocket. The main source of light is a new generation Cree XP-G3 S4 diode, emitting a maximum light flux of 700 lumens at a distance of 115 m! Neutral light color reduces eye fatigue, provides more natural color rendering and better visibility of details. The flashlight has an additional red light (2 modes), which is perfect for night activities, because, unlike white light, it does not dazzle the user, it ensures smooth adaptation of the eyesight to vision in the dark, facilitates reading map and limits our visibility. The flashlight uses a modified collimating lens which causes the light stream to be evenly dispersed and efficiently illuminates the center and sides of the scene in front of us. The user has 4 white light and 2 red light modes at his disposal. All activities related to the operation of the Fenix HM50R, ie switching on, switching off and changing the modes, take place with the use of a large silicone button located in the upper part of the flashlight. This ensures high comfort of use and allows you to use the flashlight also with gloves. A big innovation is the ability to charge the battery via the USB-C port, which allows you to charge the ARB-L16-700P battery (included) in just 1.5 hours. During outdoor activities, it is worth checking the condition of the battery, which is why the HM50R flashlight features a low energy warning system and a simple LED indicator that informs the user about its condition. The diode in the upper switch informs about the battery level for 3 seconds after activating the flashlight.
