Holosun RONIN AEMS MAX Green Dot MRS enclosed reflex sight, Picatinny, black (SKU: RONIN-AEMS-MAX-GR / 48870) is a reflex sight with a green reticle and a large 40 × 30 mm optical window. Its 1× magnification and unlimited eye relief allow viewing with both eyes open. The RONIN edition was developed in collaboration with Tu Lam of Ronin Tactics and features an engraved logo on the housing.
The MRS (Multi-Reticle System) offers a choice of a 2 MOA dot, a 65 MOA circle or their combination. The sight provides automatic brightness adjustment that adapts illumination to ambient lighting, as well as a manual mode operated using two side buttons. Manual mode offers 12 brightness levels: 8 daylight settings and 4 compatible with night vision devices.
Power is supplied by a CR2032 battery, while Solar Failsafe allows energy from the solar cell to be used under suitable lighting conditions. The side tray enables battery replacement without removing the sight from the firearm. Shake Awake turns off the reticle after a period without movement and restores illumination when motion is detected. The stated battery life is up to 50,000 hours with the dot-only reticle at brightness setting 6.
The enclosed 7075-T6 aluminum housing has a black hard-anodized finish and an IPX8 waterproof rating. The optics feature multilayer coatings and are protected by transparent, hinged lens covers. The included Picatinny mount positions the optical axis approximately 35.8 mm above the rail. The sight can be used with a compatible magnifier when its mounting height is matched.
