The Holosun AEMS Red Dot (SKU: AEMS-211301) is a rugged, enclosed red dot sight designed for mounting on rifles. It features advanced features such as a multi-reticle system, a Solar Failsafe solar panel, a Shake Awake power-saving function, and three reticle options. A 1/3 Co-Witness mount is included.

Durable housing and resistance to harsh conditions

The collimator's body is made of 7075-T6 aluminum using precision CNC milling. The design is resistant to overloads of up to 1000 G and waterproof to the IPX8 standard, meaning it can withstand harsh weather conditions and complete immersion in water. The operating temperature range is -30°C to 60°C. The collimator is mounted on the weapon using a 1/3 Co-Witness skeleton mount, which provides a 1/3 elevation of the aiming point compared to mechanical sights, while maintaining their usability.

Protected optics and anti-reflective coatings

The Holosun AEMS lenses are multi-coated with anti-reflective coatings, ensuring high light transmission and a parallax-free image. The optics are protected by transparent, removable covers with high light transmission, allowing the use of the collimator without having to remove them.

Multi-Reticle System

The collimator offers three reticle modes: a 2 MOA dot, a 65 MOA circle, and a combination of both. All are generated by a single LED, ensuring zero is not lost when changing reticles. The user can adjust the reticle brightness to 12 levels: 8 for daylight and 4 for night vision.

Power supply and energy saving

The Holosun AEMS is powered by a CR2032 battery, which provides up to 50,000 hours of operation at medium brightness levels. A Solar Failsafe solar panel supports the battery, automatically adjusts the aiming dot brightness, and can be used as a standalone power source in adequate lighting. The Shake Awake system automatically puts the collimator into sleep mode when there is no movement, and immediately wakes the device when weapon movement is detected. The user can define the time after which the collimator enters sleep mode. The device remembers the last selected mark mode and its intensity.
