Holosun Red Dot HS503CU is an extremely light and compact closed-end red dot sight designed to be used in carbines and automatic shotguns both during the day and at night in cooperation with night vision devices.
The collimator is equipped with an optical system with a single magnification and an aperture of 20 mm. The optics have been designed in a way that allows achieving zero parallax and unlimited eye relief, which guarantees excellent accuracy and high comfort of use even for people wearing corrective glasses. The whole is completed by covering the lenses with anti-reflective coatings with high transmission.
The viewfinder displays a target spot with a diameter of 2 MOA in a circle of 65 MOA using an energy-saving LED diode, which, combined with the Shake Awake automatic wake-up system and a built-in photovoltaic panel, allows you to work for tens of thousands of hours without the need to you replace the battery. The collimator is also equipped with an insolation sensor, whose task is to automatically adjust the brightness of the dot, especially useful when changing quickly between different lighting conditions.
The sight's housing is made of a block of aluminum, the surface of which was finished with the micro-arc anodizing method.
