FeiyuTech G6 is a splash-proof hand gimbal designed to work with sports cameras. Thanks to advanced three-axis stabilization, it allows you to create smooth and vibration-free shots even in the most extreme situations. Gimbal is the successor to the well-known and valued stabilizer FeiyuTech G5.
The model introduces solutions that will allow each user to create recordings in professional quality. The improved algorithm in combination with the new more efficient battery extends the gimbel's working time by up to 12 hours on one charge. The increased torque of the engines makes the stabilizer run smoother and reacts faster to sudden shocks, which significantly improves the quality of recorded movies.
The gimbal arms are designed so that they do not cover the camera screen, giving the user the comfort of viewing the recorded material. The wide range of axis rotation (360 ° for Pan and Tilt axes and 320 ° for the Roll axis) allows the freedom of recording even during dynamic operator movement.
The G6 mounting bracket has been designed to work with GoPro Hero 6 / Hero 5 / Hero 4 / Hero 3+ / Hero 3 / Yi 4K / AEE sports cameras and other similar sized cameras. After installing a specially designed adapter (available separately), the device also works with Sony RX0 cameras.
The gimbal offers three modes of operation, in which the camera is pointed motionless in one direction or smoothly follows the movement of the operator. Positioning the camera in the desired position enables a practical joystick. Particularly noteworthy is the auto panorama mode, which allows you to program a complex gimbal movement sequence.
Switching between operating modes is intuitive. It is done using the function buttons located on the gimbal handle. The OLED screen located above the joystick informs about the current operating mode, battery level, camera mode and Bluetooth / WiFi connection.
For smartphone users with Android and iOS systems, the manufacturer has prepared a special application Feiyu ON enabling configuration and remote control of the device. The stabilizer is powered by a single ICR 26650 battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh, which can also supply power to the camera after connecting it to the gimbal using the included cable.
The comfortable, ergonomic handle allows you to control the device with one hand. Two 1/4 inch (female) tripod mounts allow you to mount the gimbal on a tripod, monopod or attach additional accessories, such as a lamp or microphone.
In the set, apart from the device itself, there is the ICR 26650 battery, USB cable - micro USB, two power cables for mini USB cameras - micro USB and micro USB - USB-C and a stiffened suitcase.
