Celestron heater designed for six-inch telescopes in the Schmidt-Cassegrain system is the best solution to problems with water vapor condensation on the surface of optical system elements. This permanently attached heating ring allows you to conduct year-round observations and astrophotography sessions.

Unlike ordinary heating bands, this heater directly heats the optics of SCT telescopes, thus ensuring the most efficient heat transfer. The heater ring is made of aluminum and is mounted in place of the standard plastic front ring.

In order to use the full potential of this heater, it is recommended to connect it to the Celestron SmartHeat Dew Controller, which continuously adjusts the heating power to the readings from the thermistor built into the heater.
