Baader Maxbright II binocular attachment, set with T-2 nose
The MaxBright II binocular attachment bridges the gap between the inexpensive entry-level models and the high-end Grossfeldbino Mark V by Baader and is a direct competitor to the second great design - William Optics from Taiwan.
Large 27 mm prisms make it possible to use eyepieces even with a focal length of up to 35 mm. The attachment has ergonomic ClickLock eyepiece clamps with Diopter compensation. The T-2 (M42x0.75) connection thread and the ZEISS micro bayonet enable the shortest connection to (almost) all existing telescope systems.
The casing with 27 mm prisms is made according to original Carl ZEISS construction drawings. The non-slip leather cover provides extra grip when you hold the dome with heavy glasses.
On the eyepiece side, you will immediately notice the newly designed, self-centering Clicklock eyepiece clamps with diopter adjustment. Thanks to the stainless steel eyeglass frames, they ensure maximum stability. The high-quality clamps are the last part of the precision-collimated optical system, designed with the highest magnification in mind.
In Maxbright II, all optical surfaces are ± 7-layer anti-reflective.
On the telescope side there is a T-2 union nut or a ring swallow with the original ZEISS microbayonet, enabling connection to all common threads.
Recommended for use with Schmidt-Cassegrain refractors or telescopes to obtain the shortest possible optical path. • optical length: 110 mm • eyepiece side connector: 1.25 "/ 31.7 mm output • connection on the telescope side: T2 thread and 1.25 "nose • complete with transport case 24 months
