The Askar 107PHQ is an astrograph that, thanks to its optical characteristics, will be perfect for people taking their first steps in professional astrophotography, as well as for the role of the basic optical tube in the arsenal of the most experienced and demanding users.
The heart of this telescope is a four-element apochromatic optics with an air gap. In order to ensure the best possible correction of chromatic aberrations, Askar designers decided to use a solution known from the most expensive, flagship apochromats, namely the use of two lenses made of glass with reduced dispersion (ED). In addition to the excellent color reproduction, the Askar 107PHQ is characterized by a negligible field curvature, thanks to which, even without the use of an additional flattener, the image on the edge of the frame is free from noticeable distortions.
The possibilities of this telescope are not limited to astrophotography, however. This instrument makes it possible to conduct visual observations after connecting the angular cap or glasses with a diameter of 1.25 "and 2".
In addition to impeccable optical parameters, Askar 107PHQ is characterized by high quality and precision of mechanical parts.
