The ZWO Nikon-T2-II adapter allows you to attach Nikon F mount lenses to ZWO cameras with a T2 (M42 × 0.75) thread, excluding the full-frame ASI6200, ASI2400, and related models. The adapter consists of a 29mm Nikon-T2 ring and a 5mm T2 extension, providing a standard working distance of 55mm (depending on configuration). The adapter is equipped with a T2 thread enabling the installation of 2" filters (e.g. IR-CUT) directly inside it. Important note for users: this adapter is designed only for manual focus lenses or older Nikon lenses with an aperture ring (e.g., Nikkor D). It does not work with modern Nikon G lenses (which lack an aperture ring) or Nikon AF-P lenses, which require power for manual or autofocus. In such cases, the lens will be set to an undefined aperture position (often the minimum), preventing proper operation.
