iOptron iPolar is an electronic polar scope that enables easy and precise alignment of the equatorial mount with the use of dedicated iPolar software.
The telescope is equipped with a CMOS matrix in 1/3 "format and a resolution of 1280 x 960 px. Thanks to the use of image enhancement technology, alignment of the assembly is possible even without the polar star being visible (in the northern hemisphere) or Sigma Octantis (in the southern hemisphere).
This product is compatible with a wide range of equatorial mount models from various manufacturers, in which the scope can be installed directly or with the use of dedicated adapters. The list of compatible mountings is available on the manufacturer's website and is constantly updated.
