See what pictures can be taken with CCD cameras and even small astronomical telescopes! Color CCD camera for astronomical observation with a telescope with a huge physical / real resolution 1280 x 960, with an infrared filter. Using the IC Capture.AS software included with the camera, you can capture image sequences without loss of quality and without compression, as AVI files. CCD camera DFK 41AU02.AS for astronomical applications uses Sony ICX205AK CCD. With a 1/4 "format, the matrix has a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. Noise, even with long exposures, is minimal. Thanks to unrivaled quality, the ICX205AK matrix is ••often used in industrial image processing applications. CCD camera DFK 21AU04.AS does not use compression, but blocks infrared. The human eye is insensitive to infrared, so the images are more realistic. Recommended mainly if observations will be conducted in urban areas. Fixing the camera to the spectacle hood is very easy and fits all lifts in the 1.25-inch standard. Just remove the eyepiece and insert the adapter in its place - the mounting sleeve screwed to the camera (the adapter is part of the set, you do not have to order it additionally). Now all you have to do is tighten the screws that secure the eyepiece in the extractor so that the camera does not fall out when you move / change the position of the telescope. The Astronomical DFK 21AU04.AS camera generates a fast stream of uncompressed color images. To be able to send it to a computer that supports the camera, a quick connector is necessary. That's why the camera is equipped with a USB 2.0 cable. This camera is supplied with the WD WD DCAM TIS camera driver and IC Capture.AS control software.
