The Sky Rover Optics UF 30 mm Ultra Flat Field eyepiece is part of the UF (Ultra Flat Field) series and currently represents the longest focal length model in this lineup. It provides a wide 70° apparent field of view together with very good field correction, keeping the image sharp even near the edge of the field. The optical system uses large optical elements – with approximately 40 mm light passage on the telescope side and 32 mm on the eye side – helping to deliver a bright and comfortable viewing experience.
The eyepiece features a straight 2" barrel design which is beneficial when used in binocular setups and helps maintain proper optical axis alignment when connected to a telescope. The long 22 mm eye relief allows comfortable viewing even when wearing glasses. After removing the foldable eyecup, an M45×0.75 thread becomes available for connecting accessories such as astigmatism correctors or photographic adapters.
