The Artesky Planetary Duo eyepieces are 60° apparent field eyepieces with a design suitable for high, low or medium magnifications depending on the chosen focal length. These eyepieces are highly recommended for planetary, lunar and deep-sky observation, or for projection photography with DSLR cameras or, again, with the afocal method for photography with your smartphone. Observation of the Moon and Planets These eyepieces provide a very contrasting image, especially on the optical axis, which makes this eyepiece a must-have for anyone who wants to do planetary observations. Thanks to the possibility of adjusting the eyepiece, it is possible to observe for a long time without straining the eye; they are also suitable for use with a binocular turret. Observing Deep Sky Objects: Nebulae and Galaxies HR eyepieces allow a sharp, contrasting and bright view even of small deep-sky objects thanks to the anti-reflection treatment and the blackening of the inside of the eyepieces. Extremely high visual comfort! Planetary Duo eyepieces were created for maximum sharpness and contrast on the optical axis, but also offer high viewing comfort for long observations, which is not always possible with planetary eyepieces. 16mm eye relief! The large eyepiece extraction can be easily used to advantage by adjusting the height of the comfortable rubber eyecup, so that every observer can find their ideal position of use. These eyepieces are also perfect for eyeglass wearers. Excellent image contrast On the axis the image is almost perfect, like a good orthoscopic. Sharpness is no exception, in fact it is present across the entire field of view making these eyepieces comparable if not superior to many orthoscopics. No parallax effect The parallax effect is the defect of not being able to see the image when the view is moved from the optical axis, usually suffered by cheap eyepieces; this defect is not present in the Planetary Duo series.
