Celestron Omni Ploessl is a series of high-class, symmetrical 4-piece glasses. They are characterized by high quality mechanical workmanship and good optics.
The body of each eyepiece undergoes a two-stage anodization process in order to obtain a higher durability and eliminate reflections.
The edges of the lenses are blackened, reducing internal flares and achieving higher contrast in the images obtained. Optics covered with high-quality MC layers on all optical surfaces.

The 32-millimeter eyepiece allows to obtain small magnification, very important in astronomical observations. It cooperates well with all optical constructions, with any light shafts. In bright f / 4 - f / 5 type telescopes (e.g. GSO 203/800 OTA, Sky-Watcher N-200/1000) distortions may appear at the edges of the field of view, which, however, is expected with glasses from this price range .
For example, in a Newtonian telescope with a focal length of 800 mm and a mirror diameter of 203 mm (eg GSO 203/800 OTA) we will obtain a magnification of 800/32 = 25x, with a field of view of the order of 2 °. It is a magnification lower than the minimum magnification for this telescope (amounting to 203/7 = 29x), but sometimes it is worth using such a "binocular" magnification when observing galaxies, e.g. M31 in Andromeda, provided that the observations are made under tar Black country sky. In the Schmidt - Cassegrain 150 f / 10 telescope (e.g. Celestron Nexstar 6 SE) we get a magnification of 1500/32 = 47x over 1 ° of the field of view, a typical magnification for observing nebulae, galaxies, open clusters, for setting the telescope to an interesting region of the sky and to admire the entire face of the Moon.
The eyepiece can be used in all conditions seeingu (stabilno¶ci atmosphere).
