SVBONY SV503 70 mm ED F/6 is a professional optical tube with excellent resolving power, large stellar range and other parameters optimized for use in astrophotography.
SVBONY SV503 70 mm ED F/6 is a classic refractor with a doublet lens system. In order to best correct the main optical defect of lens telescopes, i.e. chromatic aberration, the optics of this instrument are equipped with a lens made of low-dispersion glass (ED) type S-FPL51, which is one of the flagship products of the Japanese company Ohara, known for producing the best grades of optical glass. Ultra-wideband coating (SMC) is responsible for eliminating reflections and improving image contrast.
However, the possibilities of this telescope are not limited only to astrophotography. This instrument enables visual observations both with 1.25" and 2" glasses.
In addition to impeccable optical parameters, the SVBONY SV503 70 mm ED F/6 optical tube is characterized by high quality and precision of mechanical elements.
