The Oberwerk XL Fork Mount 240 mm (SKU: XLFORK-240) is an extra-robust, smooth-operating fork mount designed to provide maximum stability and precision when used with the Oberwerk BT-100XL-ED and smaller XL-series binocular telescopes. Made from black anodized aluminium with red accents, it visually matches the XL binoculars and Oberwerk eyepieces.
 
The binocular attaches via a 3/8″ hand-locking knob, supported by two spring-loaded anti-rotation pins that prevent unwanted twisting. The mount also includes adjustable rubber bumpers that protect the instrument when pointed toward the zenith or below the horizon.
 
With an internal fork width of 240 mm and a weight of 3.9 kg, the mount provides excellent rigidity and smooth, vibration-free movement, ensuring comfortable observing sessions.
