The Super Plossl 15 mm GSO eyepiece is a classic, four-element lunar - planetary eyepiece. The SPL eyepieces guarantee good optical quality with a reasonable field of view and a reasonable price.

Okular draws attention with very good blackening, thanks to which the reflections are significantly eliminated when observing the Moon and other bright objects.

The eyepiece has an eyecup made of soft rubber.

A 15 mm focal length eyepiece allows for universal enlargements in the medium range. For example, in a telescope with a focal length of 900 mm, the magnification is 900/15 = 60x, typically used in observations of planets and star clusters under standard viewing conditions.
