Antlia Methane (CH 4 ) 1.25 "is a specialist astronomical filter designed for planetary photography in the 889 nm band.

The filter is designed to bring out the maximum detail and to provide the best contrast when photographing planets such as Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. Due to its characteristics, this product should be used with large aperture telescopes mounted on mounts that guarantee stable guidance at longer exposure times. As recommended by the manufacturer, you should also use an appropriate energy filter to prevent the Antlia Methane (CH 4 ) 1.25 "filter from heating up.

Attention! The Antlia Methane (CH 4 ) 1.25 "filter is not suitable for visual observation. Under no circumstances should it be used as a filter for observing the Sun!

The most important features of the Antlia Methane (CH 4 ) 1.25 "filter

• bandpass filter made on a high-quality optical substrate with maximum transmission for radiation with a wavelength of 889 nm
• Significantly improves contrast and detail when photographing planets such as Mars, Jupiter and Saturn
• equivalent optical density OD5 ensuring the efficiency of cutting out light pollution at the level of 99.999%
