The Plossl 9mm GSO eyepiece is a classic, four-element lunar - planetary eyepiece. The PL eyepieces guarantee good optical quality with a reasonable field of view and a reasonable price.
Okular draws attention with very good blackening, thanks to which the reflections are significantly eliminated when observing the Moon and other bright objects.
The eyepiece has an eyecup made of soft rubber.
The 9 mm eyepiece allows you to get the magnification diameter, so it is usually used in lunar-planetary observations, as well as for globular clusters and for the separation of double and multiple stars. For example, in a telescope with a focal length of 900 mm, we get an enlargement equal to 900/9 = 100x, which is a universal magnification to planets, the moon and globular clusters under average conditions in Poland.
